SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 

All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. During sale, peak and holiday seasons processing times will be extended with processing times of  7-14 business days including orders placed with expedited shipping. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking 

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your UPS or USPS Tracking Number. Additionally, please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with UPS or USPS. 

Damages 

The VVS LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If after contacting UPS or USPS you require further assistance regarding locating your order, feel free to contact us at info@TheVVS.Co and our customer service team will gladly assist you. 

**In the unfortunate event your package is lost, the customer is expected to first resolve the issue with the shipping courier. Once resolved, we will not issue any monetary refunds or store credits. Your package will be reshipped with the original contents of the order placed.**

**All express orders must be placed before 10am EST to go out the same day. If the order is placed after 10am EST it will ship the following business day. Signature is required. 

International Shipping Policy

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Additional customs fees do apply. The VVS is not responsible for any customs and duties applied to your order. All customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package will be returned back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable. For more information on these fees please contact your postal office or local government.
