Pre-Order Policy

At VVS, select pieces are offered on a pre-order basis to allow us to produce limited quantities with intention and precision. Pre-ordering secures your piece before it becomes available to the public and guarantees your item from an upcoming production run.

Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Estimated Ship Dates

Items marked Pre-Order are not subject to our standard 3–5 business day processing window.

Each pre-order item follows the specific production timeline and estimated ship date listed on the product page at the time of checkout. These timelines reflect when your order is expected to leave our facility — not the delivery date.

Please note:

  • Estimated ship dates are projections, not guarantees.

  • While we aim to ship on or before the projected date, unforeseen delays related to production, materials, quality control, transit, or customs may occur.

  • Processing for pre-orders begins once your order is confirmed.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders at checkout.

Shipping Methods

Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to transit time only and does not shorten pre-order production timelines.

For example, selecting UPS Next Day Air will expedite delivery once the order ships, but it does not move your order ahead in the production queue.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Because pre-order items are reserved specifically for you:

  • Orders cannot be partially canceled once production has begun.

  • Address changes must be requested before your order ships.

  • Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

A Note on Limited Production

Many of our pre-order styles are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and quality. Placing a pre-order guarantees your item from that production run and helps us avoid excess inventory.
