Ordering

I've just placed my order, can I change it?

Unfortunately, the quick turnaround time for preparation of shipment does not allow for any changes to your order after 30 minutes.

What happens if my address is incorrect?

We have implemented a special reminder at checkout to help customers ensure for the final time that they are entering their information correctly. Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

When will my order ship?

Our team requires approximately 3-7 business days to process orders before shipping. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sale events, peak periods, and holidays, processing times may extend to 7–14 business days due to increased order volume.

An item says sold out, when will you restock?

We are always looking to restock our most requested pieces. However, all restocks if any are limited to keep our pieces as exclusive as possible. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter where you will receive information on restocks, sales, and new arrivals.

What are you shipping options within the United States?

Domestic U.S. Shipping:

-UPS Ground: 1-6 Business Days

- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days. Available for destinations whose ground shipping is longer than 3 days from NYC

- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days. Available for destinations whose ground shipping time is longer than 2 days from NYC

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day **

** Please note that Next Day Air orders must be placed before 10am EST in order to go out the same day. If the order is placed after 10am EST, it will ship the following business day. Signature is required.**

USPS shipping is available for P.O. Box & APO addresses

Do you ship overseas?

We ship worldwide with UPS! However, International shipping takes roughly 5-7 business days in transit.**Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to Customs. Please contact your local government or postal service for more information on customs and duties.**

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product?

We accept return on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, including swimwear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners attached, and swimwear must be tried on over undergarments.

Eligible returns will be refunded as store credit. Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return. Shipping is nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all reutrn shipping charges and will be deducted from your final store credit.

Can I make an exchange?

We accept exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

What if my order has not been delivered?

If after contacting UPS or USPS, you still need assistance locating your order, feel free to contact us at info@TheVVS.co **Please contact UPS or USPS directly first!**

Pre-Orders

A pre-order item is not currently in stock but is available for purchase in an upcoming production run. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your piece before it becomes available for immediate shipment.

When will my pre-order ship?

Each pre-order style has an estimated ship date listed on the product page at checkout. This date reflects when your order is expected to leave our facility.

Please note that this is an estimate. While we aim to ship on or before the projected date, delays related to production, materials, transit, or customs may occasionally occur.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I order in-stock items with my pre-order?

Yes. However, if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Does expedited shipping speed up pre-orders?

No. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only once your order has shipped. It does not shorten the pre-order production timeline.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-order items are reserved specifically for you. Once production has begun, orders cannot be partially canceled.

If you need assistance before your item ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes must be requested before your order ships. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute packages.

What happens if there is a delay?

In the rare case of a significant delay beyond the projected window, our team will notify you via email with an updated timeline.

Are pre-order items eligible for return?

Yes. Once delivered, pre-order items follow our standard return policy.
