Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with VVS. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, including swimwear — provided it's unworn, in original condition, and returned with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

Please note, swimwear must be tried on over undergarments for hygiene reasons.

To begin a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided.


What’s Eligible for Return

  • Swimwear and vacation wear in new, unworn condition

  • All original tags and liners must be attached

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

What’s Not Eligible

  • Final sale items

  • Accessories (including bags and hats)

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Returns sent after the 30-day window

Approved returns may be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit. Shipping Charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
