Select VVS pieces are offered on a pre-order basis to allow us to produce limited quantities with intention and precision. Placing a pre-order secures your item from an upcoming production run.

Please note:

• Pre-order items are not subject to our standard 3–5 business day processing time.
  
• Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and reflect when your order is expected to leave our facility not the delivery date.
  
• Ship dates are projections and may be impacted by production, materials, quality control, transit, or customs delays.
  
• Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once the pre-order item is available. We recommend placing separate orders if you’d like in-stock items sooner.
  
• Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to transit time only and does not expedite production.
  
• Pre-order items are reserved for you and cannot be partially canceled once production has begun.

All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. During sale, peak and holiday seasons processing times will be extended with processing times of  7-14 business days including orders placed with expedited shipping.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, including swimwear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners attached, and swimwear must be tried on over undergarments.

Eligible returns can be refunded as store credit. Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.
